These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the AlterAura chatbot ("Chatbot"), available at:

• Telegram: https://t.me/MyLook, https://t.me/AlterAuraSupportBot

and the website https://alteraura.cc/ ("Website").

By pressing /start in the Chatbot, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Chatbot.

1. Definitions

• "Chatbot" — the AlterAura bot accessible via the Platform.
• "Platform" — Telegram (web, mobile, and desktop versions).
• "Administrator" — the person or entity that operates the Chatbot and the Website.
• "User" / "you" — any individual who uses the Chatbot.
• "Personal Account" — your conversation window with the Chatbot in the Platform.
• "Content" — any text, images, code, or other materials created through the Chatbot.

2. What the Chatbot Does

2.1. AlterAura uses AI (LLM/GPT models) to generate responses, create images, edit text, write code, and provide other services based on your requests.

2.2. Some features are free; others require a paid plan. Available plans and pricing are shown in the Chatbot.

2.3. The Administrator may add, change, or remove features at any time.

3. Registration and Plans

3.1. Registration is free — just press /start in Telegram.

3.2. To access expanded features (more requests per week/month), you may purchase a plan. Current plans and prices are available in the Chatbot.

3.3. After registration you can:

• generate and edit text, images, and code;
• ask questions and receive AI-generated answers;
• select and manage plans via /account.

4. Your Responsibilities

4.1. You agree to use the Chatbot lawfully and in accordance with these Terms.

4.2. You must not:

• use the Chatbot for any illegal or harmful purpose (fraud, harassment, blackmail, deepfakes, etc.);
• distribute malware, spam, or prohibited content;
• use automated scripts to scrape or interact with the Chatbot;
• attempt to access the Chatbot's systems beyond the provided interface;
• publish content that discriminates, promotes violence, drugs, or self-harm.

4.3. You are solely responsible for the content you submit to or create through the Chatbot.

4.4. Any actions performed through your account are considered your actions.

5. Administrator Rights

5.1. The Administrator may modify, moderate, or remove any content or restrict your access at any time, with or without notice.

5.2. The Administrator is not obligated to monitor your activity but reserves the right to do so.

5.3. The Administrator may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Chatbot after changes constitutes acceptance.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1. The Chatbot's design, software, databases, and other elements are the property of the Administrator and/or their respective rights holders.

6.2. Content you create through the Chatbot belongs to you, including the right to use it commercially. You may freely use, copy, modify, and distribute your Content.

6.3. By using the Chatbot, you grant the Administrator a worldwide, royalty-free license to use content you submit through the Chatbot for the purposes of operating and improving the service.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

7.1. The Chatbot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The Administrator does not guarantee that results will meet your expectations or be suitable for any particular purpose.

7.2. The Administrator is not liable for:

• temporary outages or technical issues;
• accuracy or completeness of AI-generated responses;
• content on third-party websites linked from the Chatbot;
• any decisions you make based on the Chatbot's output.

7.3. The Administrator will make reasonable efforts to maintain the Chatbot's availability and restore service promptly after any interruption.

8. Personal Data

8.1. You are not required to provide personal data to use the Chatbot. However, during use, the following data may be processed:

• Platform data (received automatically): your Telegram ID, name, username, and profile info you've set in Telegram — the Administrator does not request or control this;
• Email — only if you voluntarily provide it (e.g., for payment, support, or data sync);
• Your queries — text, images, files, and voice messages you send to the Chatbot, processed by AI to generate responses and stored to provide you access to your history.

Any prompts from the Chatbot during a conversation are generated automatically by AI and are not official requests from the Administrator.

8.2. Payment card data is collected and processed by third-party payment providers. The Administrator does not store your payment details.

8.3. If you provide personal data, it is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. General

9.1. If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

9.2. These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the Administrator's jurisdiction.

9.3. By using the Chatbot, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms in full.
